I have a research question. Who should I  talk to?

  • Our reference librarians are happy to help you with any research questions, big or small, wherever you are in the research process. Who should I contact about my technology problems?

  • These questions go to the Help Desk. You can request assistance from the Help Desk by submitting a ticket at helpdesk.jmls.edu or by email at helpdesk@jmls.edu. You can reach the Help Desk by phone at 312-427-2737 ext. 550, and if you're in Chicago, you can find the Help Desk office across from the elevators on the 7th floor of the State Street building.
